Tresors El Mamoun
I built and developed Trésors El Mamoun’s e-commerce presence from the ground up, combining web development, SEO, digital acquisition and automation. My role evolved beyond maintaining a website into building a digital ecosystem designed to increase organic visibility, improve the customer journey and support online sales.

Challenge
The problem worth solving.
The main challenge was transforming a broad catalogue of Moroccan products into a fast, structured and internationally competitive e-commerce experience. This involved technical and UX issues, SEO competition across multiple markets, conversion and shipping complexity, and the need to manage hundreds of products efficiently without continuously adding heavy tools and plugins.

Solution
Turning the challenge into a working system.
I developed and optimized the WordPress/WooCommerce infrastructure, UX, product architecture, checkout and custom functionality while implementing technical, on-page and off-page SEO strategies. I also built AI and n8n automations for product SEO/content generation, internal linking, audits and operational workflows, reducing repetitive manual work while keeping the website lightweight and scalable.

Results
What changed after the work.
The work helped generate approximately $15,000 in online orders while establishing strong organic visibility for strategic searches. Content and product-focused SEO achieved leading positions including #1 rankings for targeted Moroccan tea and Gsaa-related searches, alongside strong visibility for Moroccan lantern-related content in the UK and US. The project also created a stronger technical and automation foundation for future growth.
